MM: New Achievements

I’ve been in and out Mommy Moments, but one thing’s for sure… I will always come back… I just love the host, Mommy Chris, whom I admire so much and I love it that I am able to share my daughter’s life to the world.

This week, it’s about new achievements and it’s just in time for what Alyssa got from school last Friday.

Tadah!!!

This, for me, is one of her greatest awards – it simply says it all. I know how my daughter is so eager to learn most especially when the term started and this just makes me feel so proud that it’s not only me who notices that, her school as well.

Good job, Anak. We’ll be learning lots of spellings and numbers each day and hopefully we can start your Kumon lessons by February. Mum and Dad love you so much and we are so proud of you!!!

Mommy and Me Monday: In a party

Hooray! I was able to make it! It’s Tuesday now, but good thing the linky tool is still open. It’s my first time here at Mommy and Me Monday and I’m looking forward to meeting more bloggers in this Monday meme.

I agree when our host, Krystyn, said that mommies like us often missed being in the picture as we are always behind the camera. Now I’m off to the challenge of having myself taken with my little one at least every week and post it here every Monday.

So… here we are…

We went to a friend’s birthday party last Saturday and good thing I was able to ask hubby to take a pic of us. My little girl is getting silly and wants to have lots of “funny faces” so among the few pics of us together, I chose this – a little bit decent for an introduction.
