My first 3 tiered Cake

Been baking for 2 years now and for someone who didn’t have to go to school to learn how to bake and make a fondant cake is something I am proud of myself. Now that I have my six month old baby girl Sophia, I’m able to make her a monthly birthday cakes. Been getting orders too from friends and friends of friends. Recently I made my very first 3-tiered cake. It was a Minnie Mouse Clubhouse theme for a friend’s daughter on her 1st birthday. And before I continue to read more about no exam life insurance policies, here’s showing you my minnie mouse cake.

Tadah!!! The 3-tiered cake (vanilla, lemon, choco) I started making 3 days before the party and decorated a night before. All well worth the effort. And the consequence of not starting on time is not being able to photograph the cake and its details properly which I so regret… But to give you all the idea on how it turned out… here goes Minnie Mouse Clubhouse.
